Many of them are measured and accepted widely through the tools and platform in partnership with Aperian Global. The two key tools we use here are Globesmart and the Inclusive Recruiting tool.

The Globesmart Tool assists organisations, teams, and individuals to become aware of their own styles and collaborate and communicate seamlessly across countries and cultures and establish effective and inclusive ways of working. The Inclusive Recruiting tool assists organisations to transform traditional recruiting methods and their leaders and managers in fully appreciating how to overcome personal biases at work.

Redefining workplaces require detailed and comprehensive assessments of leaders, managers and employees that allows organizations to mobilize their workforce with predictive power and help identify the best-fit internal talent as their needs, challenges and goals continually change. This is where psychometric tools such as the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) offered by SHL can play a key role. 8Bridges Consulting is certified to use the tool and will recommend in its solution, as may be required.

Sustained success of any large-scale change program almost certainly requires building new capabilities and key managerial and leadership skills for leaders, managers and employees through workshops and trainings.
